In accordance with Anthem’s Travel & Expense Policy, the total A Briggs visa order is not to exceed $350.00. This amount includes all visa application fees, consular application and processing fees, money orders and shipping.

Create your own UPS CampusShip shipping label for sending your documents to A Briggs. Do not use the Fed-Ex shipping label included in the A Briggs Application Kit.

Based on short notice business requirements of less than 2 weeks, an e-visa should be ordered (if available for the destination country). Expedited fees are not reimbursable for associates with more than 2 week’s business notice, but do not apply in a timely manner.

Other additional services which are requested and/or amounts that exceed $350.00 will not be reimbursed such as:
